The active noise cancellation feature is producing a constant high-pitched hiss in the left earcup. I've tried resetting the firmware as suggested by support, but the issue persists. For a premium product at this price point, I expected flawless performance. I am requesting a full refund as I no longer trust the longevity of this unit.
